The following meditation is an essential part of everyone’s meditation repertoire.  It is widely used with slight variations, and is great to use for the following purposes:

  • Before any psychic activity.
  • Anytime you feel scattered, fearful, or out-of-touch with your feelings and your body.
  • As a beginning to a longer meditation or visualization exercise.
