Have you ever felt confused? Maybe you don’t know which job to take, where to move to, or how to act in a certain situation? Confusion is a message from our Spirit, letting us know that we’re disconnected. We have access to all the answers, knowledge, and wisdom when we look within. Sometimes we just don’t take the time to quiet our minds and listen. Other times, we just don’t want to listen. Next time you’re feeling confused, take a moment to get quiet and center yourself. Then, ask yourself the questions you have and listen for the answer. Pay attention to how your body feels. Do you feel good when you think about one option, and not good when you think about the other option? The message of your Spirit is always to do what brings you joy.
How do you know you’re hearing the message of your Spirit?
- Is it kind? If it sounds judgemental or annoying, that’s not your Spirit. Your Spirit is always loving and feels good to hear.
- Is it helping you to follow your bliss? Your Spirit wants you to feel joy and be happy.
- Is it loving? Does the message feel loving to you? When you hear the voice of your Spirit and follow it, you will feel joyful, relieved, and very loved. You will feel like there’s a loving hand helping you along your magical journey of life.
When we listen to our Spirit, we always know the next step. When we follow the loving voice of our Spirit, our lives feel joyful and worth living.

What we would like to say is that there are so many wonderful, loving energies here wanting to help you in everything you do. We are always here. We are always helping in many ways, but sometimes you don’t recognize us, but that’s okay. We don’t do it for the recognition. But know that if you are ever having a difficulty or trouble, or you have a question about something that you want to understand Read the rest of this entry »

Usually after I meditate, I write about what occurred. A few days ago I had this insight about light and darkness. As I was writing, my Spirit Guides were standing over me. After the first few sentences, they continued with their insight on what darkness is.
I really could see myself as a beacon of light, and I know that is the truth. I know that I am not alone, I am loved and part of the greater whole, which is made of light. I believe that is all there is. There is light, and then there is blockage of light, but there is not darkness. Darkness is just blockage of light, it is not a thing unto itself. Since light is the source of energy and power, things and people who block light have very weak energy and power. They must try to use other people’s energy and power to keep them alive. This is not the best way of getting energy, because nothing is stronger than our own individual connection and realization of the greater source, the light.

Edwene Gaines, a great speaker and author of 4 Spiritual Principles of Prosperity, begins her speeches with, “I am a woman of power.” I love that. The first time I heard her say that, I thought, “Yeah! Me too!” Claiming our power is an essential step toward manifesting the life of your dreams. If you don’t believe you have the power to manifest, how are you going to do it? Read the rest of this entry »

The other night I received a great message through a dream. I was in a valley with tall hills on either side of me. There was a cheetah running on the hillside to my right, and I was scared of it. I thought it was running and going to get me, so I ran toward the hillside on my left. Then I saw more cheetahs running on that hillside too. Then I didn’t know where to run, but I felt fearful. Then the scene stopped, and I got the message that I would get to try the same scenario again with the option of behaving differently. The scene began again—I was in a valley and saw the cheetahs running frantically to my left and right. Even though I thought I should do something or run in case they were after me, I didn’t move. I stood where I was and closed my eyes. I focused on the peace and stillness inside of me. As I focused inward, the world around me faded from my notice and I felt peace. Then I felt a softness on my fingertips. I opened my eyes and the cheetah was standing calmly next to me.
How are you reacting to life? Are you chasing the things you want fearfully? Are you frantically searching for answers? Or, are you focusing inward, knowing that everything you need is coming to you? The energy we send out is the energy we attract. If you are wanting peace and a feeling of security in your life, it is found by going inward. All of our needs are provided by the Source of all goodness and beauty.

One of the things my guides have reminded me about many times is to expect what I want. Anytime I’m worried about how things will turn out or what’s going to happen, they ask, “What do you expect?” Read the rest of this entry »

I was meditating the other day and given a beautiful message. I was a dandelion seed floating in the air. You know the part with a seed on one end and white fluff on the other? I was drifting along in the breeze. But I wasn’t floating alone, even though it seemed that way. I felt and could see with my mind’s eye loving spirit guides watching over me and guiding me along. The message I got during this was that all things in the world are surrounded with love and looked after, even each seed of a dandelion.
It is okay to surrender and go with the flow with trust and acceptance. Everything is taken care of and watched over and attended to—–even each seed of a dandelion. Read the rest of this entry »

One of the guides I see often is Merlin the Magician. He is very very cool. He’s got sparkling crystal-blue eyes, long gray beard, deep purple hat and cloak with stars and moons on it…the works. His energy is very happy, light, and effervescent; it reminds me of champagne. He helps me with laws of metaphysics, shows me elements of my future, etc. I thought I’d share my most recent lesson with you. Read the rest of this entry »
