I have a plan to teach Cosmo to be a Circus cat. I decided when I gave her treats, I would trow them over a stick I was holding and see if she jumped over. She caught on very quickly! She jumps over the stick like a trained show kitty! However, my kitty is very clever. She knows I really enjoy her circus trick. If I throw anything other than a treat over the stick, like a bouncy ball, she acts totally clueless. She’s basically saying to me, “If you want me to perform, you’d better cough up the treats!” (photo doctoring by my brother-in-love Drew)
