Hello friends!
The other night I was telling my honey about a fear I had, and as I was speaking it out loud, I realized there was no reaction in my body. Even though my head was concerned, my body felt at total peace. When I noticed this, I easily overcame my fear. I know if my body is at peace, I have nothing to worry about. I often use this knowledge to help me make decisions. If I’m at a crossroads and don’t know what to do (or think I don’t know), I consider one option and take a moment to feel my body’s reaction to that possibility. Then, I’ll consider the other option and feel my body’s reaction. Most of the time, one will feel very solid and peaceful, and the other will feel discordant, like trying to fit two mismatched puzzle pieces together. If they both feel discordant, I know another option will present itself.
