A few days ago, I read a paragraph about animals being horribly mistreated, and I started crying. I know this stuff goes on, but at the time, I asked myself, “Why? Why does this happen? How is this possible? How can someone be that unfeeling toward other life forms?” That led to crying about industrial practices that are bad for the environment and our health. From there, my thoughts quickly spread to other ideas like war. How can we keep killing each other like that? How can all this happen? It seems totally crazy.
All of a sudden, in the middle of my feeling of hopelessness and sorrow, I got a word. Disconnect. Everything I was questioning stemmed from Read the rest of this entry »

Have you ever asked yourself or the Universe, “How can I make more money?” I asked my Spirit Guides this question several years ago, and they gave me a new question that was actually more helpful than the first. They suggested I ask instead, “How may I serve?” Another way to phrase this would be, “How can I add value?” This is a very powerful question. This question has a different energy and a different focus. By asking this question, you start to think about your natural abilities and what beautiful gifts you have to offer the world. Sharing your gifts with the world will bring you joy. Sharing who you really are with the world and bringing value to people’s lives will bring you wealth in all its many wonderful forms, including money.

You are enough, just as you are. Each emotion you feel, everything in your life, everything you do or do not do…where you are and who you are right now is enough. It is perfect. You are Divine Perfection in every moment. Just breathe into that and release any ideas that do not correlate with this idea. Just release and let go of any other thoughts, and embrace the idea that you, right here, right now, are a bright shining light of perfection.

We are all on wonderful life journeys. They are unique journeys, and each of us is equipped with perfect guidance and intuition to lead us along our journey. We can choose to listen to it or not, but we all have it. Part of living your best life is recognizing that only you know the journey you are on, and only you know which next step to take.
We all have well-meaning friends and family members who offer advice. We all hear and read opinions about life every day. However, as long as we are making decisions based on what other people think is best for us, rather than listening to our own inner guidance, we will be unhappy. When you hear advice from others that is against what you feel internally, Read the rest of this entry »

This is a message from my Spirit Guides:
You are all beautiful, Divine Beings. The world works better because you are in it. You are part of the Divine Loving Power that is in all things. Many of you do not realize your greatness. In our eyes, you are all beautiful, Divine Creatures. We are willing to help you see this truth about yourself, but the simplest way to start feeling this is to start telling yourself these kind words of love.
You are Divine beauty and potential. Each life is full of greatness and beauty. When you love yourself more, your life will be brighter and filled with joy. You cannot see the joy of the world unless you let it in. You cannot let it in if you are telling yourself you’re not good enough. Those two thoughts: joy and abuse, do not coincide together. You cannot have both. Stop abusing yourself and you will have all the joy you need.

Abundance is a mindset. It has nothing to do with what size house you have, how much love you feel you have, how much money is in your account, or any of the other things we are told are indicators of wealth and happiness. Abundance is a feeling and a recognition that everything you want in the world is already here and is compatible with you. Abundance is seeing what IS, rather than what isn’t.

Have you ever looked back on a situation or decision and thought, “Whoa! That was a mistake.” What I know to be true is that there is no such thing as a mistake. Everything you have ever done had a perfect reason for being. It doesn’t matter what it is. Our job is to stop beating ourselves up and start seeing the beauty in every situation and how it helped us along our path.
How do we do that? Think about a situation you consider a mistake. Then, ask yourself these questions:
- How did that experience add to my life?
- How did that experience lead to new and wonderful experiences?
- How did that experience increase my awareness as to what I really want in my life? (Sometimes experiencing what we don’t want helps us see more clearly what we do want.)
- How was that experience exactly what I needed in my life at that time?
- How did that experience help me wake up to the amazing beauty of a creation I am? How did it make me realize even more what an incredible person I am?
